The following project is the outcome of this year’s Chain Reaction workshop – pretty great in the circumstances – where Year 2 Product design students were introduced to Arduino. Each team had responsibility to receive the output of previous ‘link’ and convert/pass on. These Links were created with the resources the students had at hand and triggered through the use of Arduino. The chain reaction was completed remotely and synchronised via ZOOM! This project was supported by Masters of Design Innovation Lecturers, Dr Christine Farion and Fergus Fullarton-Pegg who teach at the Highlands and Island Campus.
