This programme examines ways in which collaborative creativity can be used to help organisations change and innovate. Taught at GSA's Glasgow campus, the course offers ideal preparation for those who wish to apply for strategic roles in organisational and business development.
The MDes in Design Innovation and Collaborative Creativity recognises the need for design practitioners to work within teams whose role is to examine and address the future needs of citizens. You will develop methods to help organisations adopt a human-centred approach to reframing their working practices in order to better meet the needs of all stakeholders.
The emphasis upon collaborative working and real-world engagement is explored through projects that confront key social, political and economic issues, often working with partners from within industry or the public sector. You will also have the opportunity to engage with peers from international schools as part of the annual Winter School held at the campus in Forres.
